For a fun sailing experience with Paul, I highly recommend the Non Sea Quitter. This is a 38' classic sailboat that carries up to six guests along with Paul as captain and a mate. They are all subjected to random drug testing. They have many excellent reviews on Trip Advisor, Google and Facebook. Non Sea Quitter is berthed at Annapolis Landing Marina which is also accessible by water taxi. They do three regularly scheduled tours each day for private groups of up to six, but are always open to special itineraries and customized voyages.
