Opened for tasting in 2020. It’s a small business, co-owned by three brothers who hail from Alaska. They have mead! What is mead you might ask?? Is it beer? is it wine? Is it cider? It's all of those things, and none of them...While they classified as a wine, and the process is similar to wine, we're fermented with honey instead of grapes or other sugars.Mead, like wine or beer, can have many different characteristics. It can have: Sweet. Dry. Fruit. Tannins. Oak. Spice. Hops. If you want to try mead, this place is one of the best and right here in Front Royal just 10 min away from the Lodge.

A mead tasting room! Definitely the place to try Mead if you haven’t or have been apprehensive! There is no food options but you can bring some. Great group of brothers producing some of the best Mead we’ve had with many flavor options!
