Nice trails around the pond. You start the hike in a field but soon enter the forrest which is nice and cool in the summer. The pond is a good spot to see some unusual birds.

447 acres, 2.8 miles of trails, easy to moderate hiking Enjoy streams, a 21-acre lake, woodlands, meadows, wetlands, and active beaver ponds. Fishing is allowed with a permit.

A perfect local place for a walk or hike for anyone. It's five minutes away from New Lebanon by car, with pond, stream, forest and beaver dams. A great place to snowshoe when the snow is deep too. The countryside around here is just beautiful.
