Located in Falcon Heights, this space was designed for my parents to use during their returns to Minnesota, and is perfect for a couple needing a place that is convenient to the Twin Cities. A short walk from the Fairgrounds and UMN's St. Paul campus, you have easy access by transit or highway to all of the Twin Cities. Equal distance from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, you can get anywhere you want to go in the Bold North.

Your Own Private Spacious Nest

This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.

The Grace Place

In downtown White Bear Lake. Walking distance to caribou, shops, restaurants & cupNcone. Home is an upper level with 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom. Guests must walk up a flight of stairs located in the rear of the home to enter the house. If stairs are not your friend you will want to pass on this listing . Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.

Nestled in the heart of the Lake Nokomis Neighborhood, this nice private studio is a great place to rest your head and go explore the city. Walking distance to the Nokomis Beach Coffee Shop and the lake. Centrally located between downtown Mpls and downtown St Paul. 15 minute driving time to get anywhere in the cities. Not to mention, 8 minutes from the Airport! The South Mpls neighborhood is quite residential, but home to some of the best shops and restaurants in the city.

Enter through a private entrance to this basement studio apartment. Newly constructed in 2018, the space is well lit, insulated, and in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a full bathroom with laundry, and a kitchenette: 4.5 cu.ft. refrigerator, microwave, extra large toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, pots, pans, dishes, keurig coffee machine, and full kitchen sink. 1 queen bed accommodates up to two guests. Explore the historic West 7th neighborhood from the comfort of this centrally-located private basement studio. You’ll be an easy 15 minute walk to downtown St. Paul and the Xcel Energy Center & surrounded by breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. FREE street parking directly out front of the house! Stocked with snacks, beverages, amenities, & thoughtful touches! NOTE: The entrance is in our backyard. You will need to go down a set of 7 fairly narrow, steep steps.

Enjoy a private-entrance suite with abundant natural light in the quiet, residential Mac-Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul. This is the lower-level of my home, newly remodeled, with lots of space. You’ll have a large bedroom, a private bath, a private kitchenette, as well as a beautiful outdoor seating area! Suite is walking distance from Macalester College, and minutes from local universities, Xcel Center, Allianz Field, and downtown St. Paul. Off street parking.

This apartment is detached from the main house, and tucked behind the garage for ultimate privacy. Steps from the Mississippi River bluffs, and the restaurants of Highland Park. Our one bedroom garden level suite is a perfect home base as you explore the Twin Cities. Perfect location for exploring the city. Just a 7 minute walk to the lightrail and buses. And a 10-15 minutes drive to Mall of America, airport, the Armory, U.S. Bank Stadium, or downtown Minneapolis. Full living room, bedroom, bathroom, a mini kitchenette located in the laundry room, with free laundry. Guests have private entrance to the space and private parking.

Guests have private access to the lower level studio space featuring organic linens and towels, a heavenly bed, vintage details and funky art. Located in the heart of Minneapolis with coffee shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and easy access to bike trails and public transportation.
