Use the full kitchen to make meals at home or walk out the door to a range of food and entertainment options. There is even a gym, a pool and a hot tub. A cozy, well maintained and clean studio. Transient Occupancy Taxes are collected by host and passed to City of South Lake Tahoe. Taxes are 12% of rental amount (without Airbnb fees).

Our place is close to South Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski resort. Walk out the front door to the national forest hiking trail, and down the street from the lake, restaurants and Casinos. You’ll love our place because of the comfortable beds, the gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped, the coziness and how quiet the neighborhood is. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with children). And it says it sleeps 9, but it is very roomy. And, Lots of parking in the driveway.

This townhouse has a two car garage on the entry level, a flight of stairs to the kitchen, half bath, living and dining rooms, then 2 bedrooms each with own bath upstairs of that. Decks off both bedrooms, living room and dining room! Four decks! Sorry no pets or parties allowed. Maximum 4 guests. 2 miles from the casinos. 2-3 miles to Heavenly Ski Lodges. The HOA pool is available summer only. The HOA hot tub is available 10am-8pm year round and is about a 5 minute drive from the townhouse.

World class Marriott accommodations. You are required to pay a $130 cleaning fee at check out. Your booking means that you agree to this.
