The 50 sqm studio apartment with mountain and ocean view. The open space: fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, a pellet fireplace, very comfortable queen size bed with high quality cotton linen. Bathroom: a toilet, bidet, shower, bath tub and a sink. The small laundry is outside of the apartment. You have your own 40 sqm deck, we provide camping chairs and a small folding table. We have an inverter. Strictly registered guests allowed in the property. Max 2 people, no kids. No visiting guests.

Cape Point Mountain Getaway - Cottage

This is one of Cape Town's environmental and historic treasures. It is a candle-lit hideaway with stunning views of mountain and sea. The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

Within 5 minutes of stepping in through the door of the guest suite, it will feel as though you have left all stress and concerns behind, such is the magic of 227 Oceanview. Flora, fauna, and nature embrace the space, creating an ambiance of peace and tranquility. The sunsets and moonrises are magical, and on wind-freedays, the sea will take your breath away. We are 100 meters from the beach. We have solar backup, no worries about load shedding. Large, private 40m2 apartment only 100m from beach entrance. Indoor and outdoor showers - and a large outside bath for luxuriating whilst still close to nature. Spacious lounging area. Ideally positioned to walk to shops, restaurants and Village amenities and even closer to the main swimming, fishing and diving beach. Gas hob (so you can cook even through load shedding) and microwave and all utensils.

The house is equipped with a mini inverter, WIFI and a smart TV as well as a DSTV dish (bring your own decoder). Easy walk to the beach and village.

Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.

Our home is perfectly situated in the heart of the Town, only 200m from the shops and bars and 300m from the main beach walkway. It is nestled on a small elevation with tremendous views of the coast and mountains. The house is recently renovated and we are now solar powered with mains back-up. There is a large braai room with seating for 10 people - where it all happens!
