Chill in a Hanging Garden Chair at a Zen Riverside Haven

Start the day with a lazy breakfast on the patio at this hip duplex with an open layout. This peaceful hilltop spot in a restored historic villa boasts a light-filled mezzanine bedroom, exposed ceiling beams, and deep skylights for an airy ambiance. Keeping the original architectural layout of the facade, the interior of Duque's Villa was carefully refurbished to maintain the original wooden floors and window coverings, the high ceilings and the impressive staircase, as well as some furniture elements that tell us little secrets about the past. All suites are designed to enjoy a privileged view of the Tagus River and the spacious garden that surrounds the property. With a comfortable seating area, a kitchenette and a private bathroom, each of the suites features an unique and exclusive interior design, which includes typical details but with a modern Portuguese touch. The result is an elegant, distinctive and certainly royal atmosphere that will make you feel like a Duke. All guests have acces to the property's garden, parking, 1st floor balcony and reception area. Usually you will find someone at our reception on working hours, but besides that we are always available for an emergency. If you need help contact us to our mobile number, we never turn it off. This is a residential area very close to the city center, but removed just enough to guarantee a tranquil, village-like feel. This eastern, industrial part of the city sits between Lisbon’s historic heart and Nations Park, constructed for Expo '98. Within a short walk, you can reach the Nacional Tile Museum or the Fado Museum, and typical quarters like Alfama or Graça. You can also opt for the beautiful bicycle path along the river or public transports which are also nearby. This area is getting one of the trendiest places in town (you will not find many tourists here... yet!), and there are a number of different shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby that are worth knowing - we would be happy to make recommendations and can help you book an appointment or reservation on your behalf. Panoramic São Bento

O apartamento encontra-se num edifício centenário completamente renovado. A sua localização é excelente com os principais ícones da cidade ao redor. A 100m da Rua Santa Catarina, 400m da ponte Luis I, a 500m da Ribeira, 400m da Torre dos Clérigos. Junto à Praça dos Poveiros. A vista do apartamento é fantástica. Situado por cima da Estação de São Bento consegue ver toda a cidade histórica. O prédio possui elevador e o apartamento contém todos os elementos necessários para uma excelente estadia.

Wir liegen mitten im Tal von Pedralva, friedlich und ruhig, weit weg vom Main Stream Tourismus und dennoch sind die bekannten Surfstrände Amado und Bordeira in 5 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Umgeben von Natur laden Hängematten in unserem Korkeichenwald zum Entspannen und unser hauseigener See zum Schwimmen ein. Zwei Restaurants und eine Bar sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Nahegelegene kleine Fischerstädtchen wie Carrapateira, Vila do Bispo, Aljezur oder Lagos sind Ausflüge wert.

De studio is onderdeel van het grote authentieke woonhuis van de Nederlandse eigenaren, gelegen in Provesende, een traditioneel en, sinds een aantal jaren, beschermd wijndorp in het hart van de Dourovallei.
