Casas de Sagres (or Houses of Sagres) as they have always been referred to in the family, were built in the early 70’s, by the beach of Martinhal, in Sagres, in Southwest Portugal. The one-bedroom apartments, both with a sea view, are part of the same condominium: 5 small houses surrounded by pine trees and a beautiful garden, in a quiet and still isolated area, in a perfect match with nature. They are about 100 meters from the the sea, 10 minutes walking distance from the village of Sagres.

Dunes Green House

Sitting literally on the dunes, enjoy the relaxing sound of the ocean while still having all the accessibility for getting to know the invicta city. Historic center is 10km away. Bus stop literally at door step and a train station 10 min away by foot. There are also electric scooters in the vicinities. Enjoy the big patio with barbecue, the great surf spots, the fantastic beaches, the landmarks and an amazing variety of restaurants and bars all in walking distance.

Relax for a few days in this modern and welcoming apartment, recently built (2025). All rooms have a door leading out to the lovely garden with views of the Mira River and the sea. You can have your meals on the outside porch (with a counter with a sink outside). Located in a very quiet area of the town but comfortably close to the shopping areas, in addition to the bedroom with a double bed, there is the possibility of accommodating 2 more people.

The Casa Albatroz townhouse has been totally renovated in collaboration with an architect, mixing traditional materials with a modern look. It is situated in the old town, within the historic wall. The house is furnished with great care to make it comfortable, practical, and beautiful. All that Lagos has to offer- top-class restaurants, cafes, bakeries, the marina, entertainment, and beautiful beaches - are within a few minutes' walking distances.

It is much more than just the house, the comfort, the fireplace & the calmnness, it is also about the place, the empty beaches, the sunsets, the fish, & the vast lagoon. ...and our 3 children love it.
