Ruim luxe appartement met prachtig terras en zicht

Nieuwbouw appartement met zeer ruim terras en prachtig uitzicht op de zee en de bergen, en verwarmd zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen. Mogelijkheid voor parkeerplaats na aanvraag. Op 5 min. wandelafstand van het idyllisch strandje, in de gloednieuwe residentie Ocean Garden in Playa Paraiso - de nieuwe parel aan de zuidkust van Tenerife. Samen met het Hardrock Hotel is dit deel van Tenerife de nieuwe place to be geworden. De overgebleven mooie ruige natuur is een ideale mix van avontuur en luxe.

Ambiente acogedor para descansar o trabajar en paz

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Modern and stylish 1 bedroom apartment, right on the ocean coast, no buildings or streets in front of it, nothing to disturb the magnificent view and sound of the wawes! The one bed apartment is situated in a quiet complex with its own swimming pool and sun terrace in Playa Paraiso Costa Adeje. The apartment has fantastic sea and mountain views from its large corner balcony, ideal to chillout and watch the spectacular sun sets over the island of La Gomera. The sandy beach is only 80 metres away set in a small rocky cove. The apartment is recently modernised with fitted kitchen, bedroom and lounge with 2 sofas and SAT tv. Sunnyland Paraiso Beach

Este apartamento en Adeje cuenta con una habitación independiente, un salón con sofá cama, una cocina con todo lo necesario, un baño y una enorme terraza. En la terraza se encuentra mobiliario exterior, mesa con sillas para comer y asientos para sentarse y disfrutar de la puesta de sol. Las vistas desde la terraza son fantásticas podemos ver la "Playa Paraíso". El edificio no tiene piscina. Cuenta con internet de alta velocidad y un escritorio con silla para poder trabajar cómodamente.

Beautiful apartment facing the sea, with a perfect location in the Médano, 5 mt from the beach walking, first line, with glass balconies that open to a terrace, from the living room, and the main room. Beautiful studio with amazing view Playa Paraiso

Beautiful studio in Playa Paraíso with an amazing sea view towards La Gomera Island. Completely equipped and renewed. Swimming pool and access to the beach. A lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The new Hard Rock Hotel just in front. ATTENTION: From 16th of June 2025 until the end of the year, the pool will be CLOSED due to renovation works.
