Please note parties, events and noisy activities, including playing loud music, are strictly prohibited, noise and damage bonds apply. Music, loud noise and outdoor activities are not permitted after 9pm. The access to the property is located on Tumbi Road.

Blue Seas is a peaceful, unique place to stay overlooking Avoca Beach. There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.
