Grade II listed new barn conversion in Oxfordshire

Our recently converted barn is in the yard of a Grade II listed village farmhouse. Minutes from J10 of the M40, we are conveniently located for RH England, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and Oxford. The barn has a big open space with wood burning stove, large TV and open plan kitchen. The main bedroom, shower room and separate WC are in the old stables. The open plan mezzanine has two single beds (to be booked separately) and free-standing bath.

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests & business people.

Symonds Barn is a spacious converted barn set in the middle of Childrey, a village on the edge of the Ridgeway, only 15 miles from Oxford. Choose between enjoying an escape to the countryside, with delicious meals in one of the many local cafes and pubs and walks through some really beautiful countryside (it’s a 5 minute drive onto the Ridgeway), or take advantage of the nearby shopping and culture in Oxford, Marlborough, Hungerford or Burford.
