Een 7 minuten rijden naar Riverside Green lijn 'D' metrohalte naar Boston (parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar), of forenzenspoorhaltes (Auburndale, Wellesley & Kendal Green Stations). Het is 20 minuten rijden naar het station "Route 128" van Amtrak naar NYC en punten in het zuiden.

Onze woning staat op een bosrijk terrein met uitzicht op een ongerepte waterkokervijver. Toegang tot onze woning vereist het beklimmen van een lange maar langzame set trappen, gevolgd door een tweede set trappen naar de ingang van de gastensuite. De suite met twee kamers heeft een slaapkamer en een kitchenette met magnetron, broodrooster, waterkoker en minikoelkast. Er is een Franse pers, koffiebonenmolen, thee, kopjes, borden en bestek in de kasten. Het beschikt niet over een complete keuken ( geen fornuis/ geen gootsteen)
