Both spacious and cosy, it provides a wonderful place to relax. Close to Govetts Leap, bushwalks and an easy stroll to the village. There are three bedrooms (max 6 pers) & three bathrooms. Fiddlers Green is comfortable, couches, beds to snuggle up in, or sitting nooks in the garden. Front balcony is a sunny spot for lunch. Fire pit for a wine and chat in the back yard. Walking tracks are close to the house or a short drive to National Parks. For summer an adventure to the waterfalls or lake.

Situated in a beautiful, quiet residential street, a short 5-8 minute, walk to Leura Village, luxury King size bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, wifi, large screen tv with Netflix. Shower and vanity room with a separate toilet across hallway and kitchenette with dining table, looking onto your private deck and garden. Make yourself a coffee and enjoy a sunny spot out in your garden to relax and enjoy the cool and clean mountain air.

This accommodation is ideal for those who prefer the rustic charm of a historic property over modern comforts. Warm and cosy in winter, the studio was once a purpose-built kitchen of a house built in 1888. Separate entrance. Recycled furniture, large bed, sofa, original fireplace and bathroom with shower cabin. Tiny veranda and a kitchenette, shared patio. NO KITCHEN. To use the fireplace, please BYO timber.
