Bijgewerkt in 2022. Ongeveer 2000 vierkante meter met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, plus een 4-seizoenen veranda. Groot zandstrand met een paddle boot, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kajaks, en een mooie 2021, 20-voet ponton boot te huur. De plek is ideaal voor gezinnen, romantische uitstapjes of zakelijke reizigers.

Has heater, electric, hot water, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee, microwave, pots/pans, cutlery, dishes, bedding, full bath, towels, toiletries, sheets, row & paddle boat. There is air conditioning but fridge etc. can’t be used at same time so people use it at night & unplug everything. Food stays cold. It's secluded yet 40 minutes to Grand Rapids. Meijer, Walmart are 15 min.

Ga zwemmen, lig in de zon naast het inground zwembad of ga kajakken, tennissen, vissen of wandelen op je privéstrand. Sluit de dag af met een glas wijn naast de gasvuurplaats.

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with backyard bunkhouse. It comes with a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach & dock w/swim platform from May through late October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy shoreline beach; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands w/complete privacy. There's also an adjacent vernal pond full of wildlife that fill the area with a relaxing chorus of the sounds from nature.

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.
