Located just 5 minutes from Mt Abrahm ‘s ski area , 20 minutes from Sunday River Ski Center, and 15 minutes from Bethel, a charmy town with great restaurants and unique attractions. This has been our family getaway for nearly 40 years. Recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen, tiled bathroom, heating/ AC system, Wi-Fi and a nice deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Located 1.8 mi-dock square, 2.6 mi- Colony Beach, .7 mi -Cape Arundel Golf Course. Plenty of onsite parking, beach pass provided for Kbunk Beaches, a large back yard for fun and relaxation. Just on the outside of town in a country setting. Comfortable setting for relaxation. This is a daily reservation from Oct.1st-June. I love to make sure my guests have as much fun as they can while they are visiting and will help out in anyway possible. No dogs of any kind are allowed

Unit 3 Getaway - Perfect for Families!

Unit 3 **Have a large group ask us about renting all 3 units sleeps 22** This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has been completely renovated. Only steps to the beach, this basement unit is literally just one block away from public beach access, and will sleep up to 6 people. Off-street parking, private picnic area and large gas BBQ grill. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. Check in Saturday after 3PM, check out the following Saturday by 10AM.

Take advantage of the essentials stocked kitchen or grill outside on your private, fenced in patio. Heat and AC are included. Pets are welcome.

Winter-wonderland, close to skiing and a walk from great dining. In the summer, enjoy the quiet backyard or walk to the beach! No need to find parking, my place is 3/10 of a mile from downtown Kennebunkport and 7/10 of a mile to Gooch's Beach. You will love my place because of the kitchen, the coziness, and the location. My place is good for couples. It has a tempurpedic king-sized bed and a queen sized pull out bed in the living room.
