We live on the main level and we have a two bedroom unit (each with king beds) & two full baths on the terrace level. Full living room & kitchen. We are located on the main channel of beautiful Lake Lanier where you can fish, canoe, kayak and play in the water. We have a beautiful beach front area with picnic table, beach chairs, fire pit and dock with party deck. We are rated the #1 AirBnB in Gainesville!

Lake Living at its best. Huge Deck and Huge Dock

Great house on Lake Lanier, large deck with lake view, 2 story dock, 2 kitchens, 2 refrigerators, sleeps 11. Quiet deep cove south end of the lake closest to Atlanta. Near sunset cove and Lanier Islands. Plenty of parking. Renovated throughout, all new floors, bathrooms and sinks, lighting, paint and furniture. Awesome house in a great neighborhood. Boat and Jet Skis cannot be rented, but I can give you local rentals and you can tie them to the dock for a homebase. NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY.

The Shoreland Home on Lake Lanier With Dock

Windows everywhere make it feel like a tree house, on the lake. Our families home is all about family & friends gathering and having fun. The spaces in the home are very socially engaging. Take an easy 45 second, walk to the lake in our quite cove and go for an evening canoe, its pretty special. Bring your own boat and tie up at the dock if you prefer. The creek in the back of the home, that flows into Lake Lanier, is lightly active and creates a nice soundtrack for evenings on the back decks.

Rustic secluded 1 BDR private apartment downstairs from main cabin area with private entrance. PERFECT location for outdoor adventures or people seeking peace & quiet. Close to hiking trails, State Pks. trophy trout streams, gorgeous waterfalls, local Wineries, antique shops, and charming small towns. full Kitchen, washer/dryer, bath with full shower. Master bedroom has a king size bed & lounge chair. Our road was once used to access first gold mine in USA (access on Etowah kayak trail)!
