Clean, modern yet cozy cottage on north end of Lake Lanier. Everything is brand new - appliances, HVAC, electrical, etc. Main bedroom with queen bed. 2nd bedroom has twin bunk beds. Large tile shower w/ multi-jet shower head. Gas fireplace inside, firepit & BBQ outside. Large yard with horseshoes & bocce ball. Lake is short walk away across wooded 10 acre lot and public boat launch is less than 3 miles away. 30 minutes from Helen, Dahlonega, North Georgia wineries and hiking trails.

The Lake House Cottage

Beautiful lake home situated on the rowing venue of Lake Lanier. All new bedding, newly updated bathrooms and all new kitchen appliances will make you feel right at home! Peaceful, screened in back porch overlooks the large lake lot and private boat dock. We have two single kayaks and a paddle board for guests to enjoy on the lake.
