Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

One of the most picturesque and oldest areas of Edinburgh with its narrow cobbled streets steeped in history. The outlook over the village and the river make this a rare and sought after setting. Dean Village is the most idyllic central location in Edinburgh with Princes Street being only a short 6 min walk away. Haymarket train station is within walking distance of the apartment.

FRESH AND CLEAN APARTMENT ---STIRLING---

Immaculate new build apartment (2019) which has been newly furnished and decorated to a high standard in January 2021. The apartment sits beneath Stirling Castle (15 minute walk), with a view toward the National William Wallace Monument (10 minute drive) and the stunning Ochil Hills. There is a large supermarket very close to the apartment (5 minute walk). The apartment is perfect for guests looking to visit Stirling and further afield for work or leisure. Swallows' Nest: cosy, quiet countryside.

Cosy and immaculate 2 bedroom flat in serene location. Accessible to main roads and amenities, but with an 'away from it all' feel. Good walks and nearby leisure activities (Golf Courses and Japanese Gardens). Kinross is fifteen minutes away. A wildlife friendly garden with red squirrels, deer and many species of woodland birds to be enjoyed. The flat is convenient for all main cities. Unique one bedroom apartment sitting right on the banks of the famous river Tay. Perfectly located in a quiet riverside scheme that is only a short walk over Smeaton's Bridge to be instantly in the town centre. The Perth Concert hall and Perth Museum are both just across the river as is Marks and Spencer supermarket for your convenience. The apartment comes with all basic amenities, Wifi, free parking, and a lovely private balcony. Ideal for a couple with an extra sofa bed in the lounge.
