Ontsnap naar rust in ons unieke toevluchtsoord - een nieuw gebouwd, karaktervol huisje dat een onvergetelijk verblijf belooft. Stap in je persoonlijke toevluchtsoord, een staycation-oase die je ver weg van de drukte van de stad vervoert, terwijl je op steenworp afstand ligt. Een korte rit van 30 minuten naar de stad, 20 minuten naar de toegangspoort tot Swan Valley en slechts 15 minuten rijden naar Hillarys Boat Harbour. We kijken reikhalzend uit naar je verblijf, klaar om van je bezoek een ervaring te maken om te onthouden.

Umatah betekent 'jou zijn belangrijk'. Umatah voor ons, Umatah voor jezelf, Umatah voor de mensen om je heen en Umatah naar de omgeving. Umatah maakt deel uit van de oorspronkelijke State Brick Works die in de jaren 1940 werd gesloten nadat hun opgravingen een ondergrondse bron bereikten. De woning draait op biologische principes en heeft een mangoboomgaard, bijenstal, groenteafvoerende bedden plus diverse andere fruit- en notenbomen. Er is een grote waterput, aangelegde tuinen en eindeloos inheemse bushland.

Op slechts een steenworp afstand van de zowel de 'Cappuccino strip' als Fremantle 's High Street, maar toch voel je je een wereld weg in dit ruime, lommerrijke, open appartement. Vanaf de royale ingang op de begane grond leidt een romantische wenteltrap je naar twee prachtig ingerichte verdiepingen, met een balkon op straat.

Ontspan, ontspan en verfris je ziel en geest in dit unieke en rustige toevluchtsoord in de heuvels, omgeven door 5 hectare Jarrah-bos, granieten akkers en een winterkreek. Ontspan met een fles rood voor het buikvuur, ontspan in de spa buiten, omringd door inheems bos, of maak een wandeling langs enkele bergpaden. Voor de mountainbikers is er een spoorerfgoedpad (Kep Track) aan het einde van de straat. De Swan Valley ligt op 20 minuten rijden, of misschien ga je naar de local voor een publunch.
