Quiet and secluded in wooded setting.

Private key coded entry into private room (Winter access as below). Full size bed with 2 glider rockers and two closets. Room has microwave, mid-sized dorm fridge, and private bathroom. Bathroom has shared laundry during extended stays. 🐾 I allow 1 dog to stay for free. Additional dogs are $10 each/night, PAID IN ADVACE ONLY, in the resolution center at the time of booking. You'll have a private entrance and easy access to town which is only half a mile away. Hike right from the cottage to the summit of Mt Battie or Mt Megunticook using the Sagamore Farm trail behind the property. Enjoy the distant Penobscot Bay views and watch the schooners sail by the Fox Island Thoroughfare.

King Deluxe rooms feature a king-sized bed and a sofa in the sitting area, as well as a private bath. The sitting area also boasts a writing desk, wet bar, coffee maker, microwave, minifridge and gas fireplace. King Deluxe rooms have an interior entrance and a sliding door to a private balcony or patio. They are located on the first and second floor in the main building of the Inn. There is access to the second floor via both elevator and stairs. The room is non-smoking.

Our LOCATION CANNOT BE BEAT! We are one block outside of Old Port and nestled among some of the finest eateries, shopping, and entertainment in Portland. This is a Mixed Sex dorm and consists of 4 twin bunk beds and sleeps up to 8. This room has access to 3 private-style hall baths.

Room 4 is one of our recently remodeled rooms on the second floor of the Seaside Inn. It is a cozy and intimate room with a private open bathroom which includes an elegant Carrara marble shower, vanity with a marble top, and polished brass fixtures. The open bathroom does not have a door. It has a comfy queen-sized bed, Keurig coffee station, mini refrigerator, high-quality AC and heating Dyson fan, and tv. Pet Policy: Dogs only. $50 per dog per night.
