Fabulous Farmhouse, Killearn, near Loch Lomond

Newly restored and much loved holiday home that was the original farmhouse is now a private self-contained wing of our home, Glenside Cottage, where we live. In a secluded rural setting, our home and garden is within reach of Loch Lomond, the Trossachs, West Coast, Glasgow, Stirling, Edinburgh. Altquhur Cottage is in a beautiful location with stunning views over the Campsie Fells, 10 minutes by car to the Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond. The cottage is set on a farm with horses, cows and sheep in the surrounding fields and hens roaming around outside the garden. The cottage has a spacious dining kitchen, cosy living room with wood burning stove and comfortable sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and utility room. There is a fully enclosed garden with outdoor furniture.

Unique detached lodge house just outside the village of Drymen, near the Trossachs and Loch Lomond, and close to a Holistic Centre with cafe, shops, complementary therapies and events, woodland walk, and animal sanctuary visitor centre.
