In a glorious rural setting with spectacular long distance views to the Trossachs, this delightful converted Steading enjoys a very convenient location, being within 45 minutes drive of Edinburgh, Perth, Stirling and Glasgow. In a quiet setting situated on a private estate. Forming two sides of an attractive courtyard, opposite the owner's home on their country estate, each has a separate entrance and enjoys its own cottage garden, with shared use of a games room. Stylish furnishings, bright interior design and generous use of space make these cottages relaxing and comfortable retreats after a day spent exploring the delightful surrounding area or participating in the wide range of outdoor activities. Fishing, shooting, hillwalking, ancient castles and battlefields and golf are all nearby. Several excellent restaurants are within 3 miles. The town of Dollar with good shopping is 2 miles away. OCHIL COTTAGE (Sleeps 8) This old barn has been recently converted and refurbished to the highest standards. It has a large living room with open fire and a spacious modern fitted kitchen/dinning room with door to terrace and garden. There is a utility room and WC on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms: two twin bedded rooms and two twin or double. Two bathrooms/WC, one with a bath/shower attachment and one with over-bath shower. Services included: Bed linen and towels, cot, high chair, colour TV and DVD, CD/cassette/radio, microwave, dish washer, washing machine/dryer, small garden with terrace and garden furniture. Pets by prior arrangement. Electrical heating and logs for the open fire.

Farm Stay in stunning Farmhouse with HOT TUB

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The Farmhouse at Solsgirth Home Farm is a lovely converted farmhouse sleeping up to ten guests. There is plenty of room for families or groups to spread out indoors and out, including paths around the working farm, which features rhea, emu and llama, as well as traditional pig, cattle and sheep breeds. A short drive away are fantastic walks in the hills or along the coast, with several Scottish cities within one hour’s drive.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful countryside retreat in West Fife. Enjoy cozy nights in front of the fire and stunning views from Fife across to the Lothians. Surrounded by fields there are ample opportunities for long and short walks. The close by Ochil Hills can provide a greater challenge. Cyclists have the benefit of the National Cycle Route 764 which passes by. If 4 wheels are more your thing then Knockhill Racing Circuit is within easy reach.

Fully restored traditional colony cottage situated in the lovely Scottish village of Dollar at the foot of the Ochil hills. Easy access to Stirling, St Andrews, Perth, Gleneagles and Edinburgh and Glasgow. Unrestricted street parking, fully enclosed rear garden, which is pet-friendly. Separate dining area off kitchen which then leads to the private garden. Local shops are widely available and the cottage has wi-fi, TV, plus a selection of books and games.

Spacious family home in Dollar

A fantastic base for groups and families in the lovely town of Dollar. Situated at the foot of the Ochil hills, it is a brilliant location for getting out in the country and visiting Castle Campbell, as well as touching distance to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Dollar is also well placed for many attractions such as Gleneagles, Stirling, St Andrews and Knockhill Racing Circuit. Approximately 45 mins from Edinburgh Airport.
