Balkons op het oosten en westen, zodat je zonsopgang en zonsondergang kunt bekijken. Hoogste gebouw in de stad, je krijgt een uitzicht als geen ander. De eigenaar heeft een talent voor schetsen en het hele appartement heeft een vibe die je je nog lang zult herinneren. Hoewel de lift op dit moment niet operationeel is, moeten de gasten de trap nemen.
