Cowman's Cottage

Cowmans Cottage is one of seventeen holiday cottages at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. Apple Tree is one of our two holiday cottages at Upper Wood End Farm. A perfect location for a quiet country get-away, amongst fields, lakes and country pubs in a peaceful Bedfordshire village, within walking distance to Shuttleworth Vintage Aeroplane Collection and air displays. Also within easy reach of the beautiful, historic cities of Cambridge and St Albans while London is a 35 minute train journey from the local station. Significant sites of Knebworth, Hatfield House and Bletchley Park all close by. A perfect mix of peace, interest and convenience.

Well Cottage was created in 2017 from the former wash-house and bakery for Townsend Farm, dating from 1858. It is fronted by an authentic pebble courtyard and stands, together with the farmhouse, in a romantic English country garden. The cottage is warm, comfortable and refurbished to a high standard. The view to the rear is across cultivated farmland. The garden opens to the public under the National Garden Scheme on specific dates to raise money for nursing and health charities.

Spacious, historic 6 bedroom stone house In Olney

We are in the beautiful, bustling market town called Olney which is very lively throughout the day and then very quiet after midnight. Our lovely Grade 2 listed house is 400 years old, with many character features . It is stone built, making it cosy in the Winter and ice cool in the Summer. It has 6 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 staircases and a peaceful, huge and gorgeous garden at the rear. The house is ideal for families/children/friends/hens/ groups of guys working away.

The big little shack freshly remodelled with bi-fold doors opening into a wall garden, a 5 hole putting green & a cozy fire pit, large comfy deck with space to bask in the uk weather or use the projector for movies in the garden…The master is on the ground floor and the 2 double beds on 1st floor .We are nestled between the beautiful Buckingham villages of Mentmore/Crafton with easy access to local villages and towns/trains to zip into London (29 minutes from Leighton Buzzard)

The White Cottage Romantic Riverside Retreat

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub, for an additional charge, in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. Hallworth Farm 3 The Granary

Two bedroom cottage (second single bed only suitable for a small child) with family bathroom and open plan living space which consists of four seater sofa, TV, a fully-fitted kitchen & breakfast bar. Free WIFI is available and onsite parking is provided. Outside has stunning views across the Bedfordshire countryside and a picnic area is available during the summer months. There are many local attractions, with easy connections to A5 and M1.
