Apple Tree is one of our two holiday cottages at Upper Wood End Farm. It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Double sofa bed for additional adult or 2 children. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.

Located in the quintessential village of Great Gransden, the cottage provides a luxurious base with which to explore Cambridgeshire and the East of England. A very spacious 1 bedroom cottage in a rural setting. The cottage offers a large kitchen, shower room, plus a very spacious bedroom with a King size bed. There is a private, gated entrance and free parking. Harpenden Town centre is located 3 miles away, with frequent direct trains into central London, St Pancras. Harpenden has all the local amenities you expect, including coffee shops, independent shops and great restaurants. London Luton Airport is only a 10 minute car journey away.

Well Cottage

Well Cottage was created in 2017 from the former wash-house and bakery for Townsend Farm, dating from 1858. It is fronted by an authentic pebble courtyard and stands, together with the farmhouse, in a romantic English country garden. The cottage is warm, comfortable and refurbished to a high standard. The view to the rear is across cultivated farmland. The garden opens to the public under the National Garden Scheme on specific dates to raise money for nursing and health charities.

Lovely self contained country cottage located in the heart of the beautiful village of Newton Blossomville, just 15mins from Milton Keynes, Bedford, Cranfield University and a few miles from the historic market town of Olney. Luxury accommodation, recently refurbished to a very high standard. Enjoy a comfortable peaceful nights sleep in our King size bed and relax watching a movie on the latest 50” 4K HD curved Samsung TV, Blu-ray and fully loaded smart (high speed internet) TV.

Hallworth Farm 2 The Granary.

Open-plan living area with a fully-fitted kitchen and breakfast bar which seats up to four people. The kitchen also includes an oven, electric hob, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer-dryer and a fridge. The living area consists of a four-seater sofa with TV and DVD player. Two Bedrooms (second single bed only suitable for a small child) and a family bathroom with heated towel rail and bath / shower is located upstairs with an additional toilet on the ground floor.

The White Cottage Romantic Riverside Retreat

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub, for an additional charge, in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs.
