Carmarthen Town

This cosy, clean recently refurbished house is nestled in the market town of Carmarthen. Carmarthen is steeped in history and claims to be the oldest town in Wales. A 5 minute walk down hill will find you in the town centre where there are plenty of places to eat and relax. Take a leisurely stroll down the river Towy or visit the array of shops from local market stalls to high street outlets. By car we are only 10 mins from National Botanic Garden of Wales and around 30 min from the beautiful sea side town of Tenby. Located on a residential street, and although no allocated parking there is always room to park directly outside on the not so busy road. As you walk through the front door; to your left is the spacious kitchen with dining table, easily seating four people. There’s an electric fan oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. Coffee machine, toaster and kettle. We have included everything you would need if you were staying two nights or longer. The living room is a comfortable and pleasant space to relax in, with a 40” smart flat screen tv. Stairs from the living room lead to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The larger bedroom is a very spacious modern space with a double bed, open wardrobe and mirror on the wall. Plenty of room for any additional items such as a cot, even an extra person if arranged! The second bedroom is made up as a twin, again modern and with a cosy feel. Includes open wardrobe and mirror on wall. We also have super fast fibre optic broadband.

Quaint cottage, Main Street Llandeilo.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. New listing from an experienced host, lovely old market town of Llandeilo. Perfect location to train station and town. Would accommodate two couples or a family as the main bedrooms super king bed can split into 2 single beds. Accept well behaved dogs that stay downstairs and off furniture. Small patio is dog secure but no grass and front door opens on to Main Street. Amazing local walks, please see my guide. Parking off site - options

Lovely house on the beach front in Llansteffan

A relaxing and peaceful home right on the beach in Llansteffan with access to local amenities, the All Wales Coastal Path, rural walks and for exploring our 11th century Norman castle with commanding views all round. Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

Part of Annwyn resort which includes health club (heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, steam room, sauna, studio) observatory, large grounds, treehouse, treasure hunt, boules area. Located off A40 and B4310 giving you quick access in all directions. Beach 20 mins, Castles 5 mins, Royal Botanic Gardens 5 mins, Carmarthen town 10 mins Would suit a couple wanting a romantic break, there is also a camping bed for 1 or 2 young kids.
