Quiet, private, secured, safe stay. Book with confident expectation 850m walk to train, shopping plaza next to it. No party. No pets.

Situated at the rear of the property our cozy 60 sqm Granny Flat is a private and enclosed space with separate access from the main house. Kingsgrove train station is located just 10 minutes walk then 5 stops to Domestic / International Airport. Sydney CBD is approx. 25 mins via train. Free street parking.
