Back Cove Cape Escape

Please note: We have a 3 Night Minimum for Holiday weekends. This charming and well appointed home is more than meets the eye. Master suite, fireplace, first floor bedroom and bath, deck, there is nothing else you need. All walking distance to Back Cove and 2 miles to Portland's Old Port. Our space is ideally suited for 2-4 adults. Quiet gatherings best suit our home and neighborhood. We will consider renting to 6 (case by case), however there is an additional charge .

Get away with your whole family at this peaceful home in the country. Hear the frogs chirping in the pond, birds tweeting in the treetops and watch chickens roam around. Enjoy the clear, starry nights while relaxing in the hot tub or cozying up by the fire. Centrally located between coast and mountains. Head a hour north to take the family hiking or on the slopes to enjoy the mountains. Head 40 minutes south to take in the coast and see the iconic Maine lighthouse.

Birch Ledge Guesthouse--Four Season Maine Getaway

Both rustic and elegant, the Birch Ledge Guest House offers a cozy place to relax and recharge, whatever the season. The first floor features a spacious living room (with queen sized pull-out-couch), dining area, and small kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second floor is a loft accessible by a spiral staircase and has a comfy queen and two twin sized beds. The guesthouse is surrounded by quiet forest and is an easy 30 minute drive to Portland.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

Stay at Hidden Pines Cabins. The Mirror cabin is Maines only 3 sided floor to ceiling mirrored glass cabin. Unwind in the hot tub while looking up at the sky full of stars. Take a sauna while surrounded by nature all around. Located in the majestic forest of mount Agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off of our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.
