3 Bedroom Condo close to IU campus & Lake Monroe

Relax with your whole family or maybe a small group. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, can accommodate multiple people. We also have a full couch in the living room to fit at least 2 people and a blow-up mattress, if needed. Private patio with fire pit, grill, seating area on the 18th hole. A private pool for the residents of Eastbay, 18 hole golf course, clubhouse with a pool, bar and Sahm's restaurant. 15-20 minutes to IU's campus and minutes from Lake Monroe beach, hiking trails & marina.

Hoosier Haven-Walk to IU campus!

Hoosier Haven is a newly renovated condo within an easy walking distance to Assembly Hall and Memorial Stadium (1.2 miles) and a bus line is located near the entrance to the complex. The 3 br Hoosier Haven features new furniture, fresh linens, a full kitchen, and can sleep up to eight people. Woodland Escape Condo

Come escape a hectic schedule at this woodland escape! Located inside Eagle Pointe, this condo is pet friendly, has in unit laundry and a fully equipped kitchen. It is connected to the area's fastest fiber optic cable, for lighting fast internet. It is walking distance to the Sahm's club house, which features a restaurant, bar and pool (when in season). Eagle Pointe also has a gym on site, a golf course, and is minutes from Lake Monroe, walking trails, boating access and beaches.

Nice 2 Bedroom Condo

Great two bedroom condo 7 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from IU campus. Located in a quiet and safe residential area. Easy access from I-69. Will accommodate 5 persons. For longer stay, there is an occupancy limit. NO PARTIES OR PETS. Beautiful wooded area behind the condo. Woolery Mill, RCA park and hiking just a few minutes away from the condo. Also nearby is Switchyard Park, with free EV charging for four hours. We might NOT be able to answer questions AFTER 11PM EDT.

Hudson Hideaway on Lake Monroe @ Eagle Pointe Golf Resort. Peaceful, easy going and serene views in addition to resort life. Enjoy the wildlife, pools, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, golf, restaurant, cabana bar, live music and much more. We are just 20 minutes from Indiana University. Hudson Hideaway is the perfect place to stay when attending IU events, friends getaways, lake time, golfing, wineries, exploring southern Indiana and just spending time with Family.

Cozy Condo at EaglePointe Golf Resort Lake Monroe.

Welcome to Cozy Condo! Coffee, a goodie basket, private deck and a porch swing awaits. Enjoy the deer, woods, and golf course views. There is a Pro-Golf Shop, enormous pool, pickleball, Eagle Pointe Restaurant, Cabana, enormous deck, and mostly summer weekend bands walking distance from the condo! Fairfax Beach and Lake Monroe are a short 2 miles. $10 for each additional guest after 2 guests with a maximum of 4 guests. Prices are set for 2025 only.
