This two level 2nd floor apartment, with a beautiful enclosed front porch, is in the historical district on the well-known 4th of July parade route, and walking distance from many local restaurants, salons/spas, and the East Bay Bike Path. The bus stop to go to Newport or Providence is just steps away from the front door.

My place is 15 minutes from downtown Providence where there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife, public transport as well as , family-friendly activities. There is a bike path near by. Being such a small state you are close to all the colleges this state has to offer. You’ll love my place because it is a cozy apartment perfect for groups of two or three. One full bed as well as a roll-a-way bed. Notice that at no time will the short term rental be used to host events or parties.

Sweet Retreat by Mt. Hope Bay!

You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full-size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.

It is the third house down from the parade route for the 4th of July, where Bristol proudly celebrates and is famously known for.
