2-3 bedroom, 1.5 bath post & beam "Art studio/Family House" on water's edge, located in Blue Hill's inner bay opposite the village, a mile from town. The 3rd bedroom is an enclosed, winterized porch with access through master with king. Guest bedroom has one queen plus one full bed (2 beds), and the 3rd has a full bed & view of ocean. It shares a yard with renters nearby but has a private entrance & parking, 30' deck, shell room, living room. dining room, views of ocean, swimming & fireplace.

5 acres of lawns, gardens, and meadows and a gentle rocky beach on Blue Hill's Salt Pond, a protected inlet of the Atlantic Ocean. The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. This vintage cozy cottage in Surry sits right between Blue Hill Village and Ellsworth making it easy to plan your visit. Enjoy the Blue Hill Peninsula and Acadia National Park with hiking, beaches, boating and more. Just under an hour to Acadia. Ten minute drive to the beautiful cove beach on Newberry Neck Rd also makes for a wonderful bike ride. Walkable to the town boat launch allows for easy boating/kayak access or a nice evening stroll. Herrick House

Fabulous village location with lovely gardens and patio. Walk to restaurants, galleries, shops, library, wine shop/cafe. Entertain kids at the playground, enjoy Steel Band music on Monday evenings (seasonally) or swim at high tide in the warmer inner waters of Blue Hill Bay. Comfortable living for an individual or enough room for a family or up to 3 couples. Living room with 65″ flat screen Smart TV and pullout sofa. YMCA only minutes drive. Your well behaved pet is allowed for a $75 fee!

Lavender by the Sea

The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.

The Acadia House on Westwood

Relax with the whole family at this tranquil centrally located place to stay. Slowly unwind at this lovingly remodeled entire home. Enjoy a peaceful walk down the quiet family friendly street its nestled on, or quickly arrive at all the areas attractions. The house is located in Ellsworth Maine and although shops, restaurants, local lakes, Acadia National Park and area attractions are only a quick drive away, the home feels soothing, very safe, secluded and welcoming to all.
