For up to 2 people, this fresh and bright single-room apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay on our beautiful island, including a full kitchen, comfortable living space, air conditioning, and WiFi.

The house is located within a family owned Finca which dates back to at least the 1800' s and its dependencies as well as its vineyard. In general the area is calm with view on the sea and countryside, perfect for a couple. The Finca is located in the countryside away from the main roads, 5 mins from the nearest beach and 2 minutes from the closet Mini Supermarket / small restaurant. The road leading to the property is asphalted. Changing of linen and towels once a week, Mari J Friendly. Unfortunately no minors without parents accepted. It's absolutely necessary to have a personal transport on the island ( car or scooter)
