The Perennial Cottage is a restored home with beautiful gardens that is fully equipped for all your vacation needs and comforts. It is located on a quite, dead-end street in the Village of Otter Creek. It is surrounded by Acadia National Park, and within walking distance from numerous hiking trails, the ocean, a general store, and the Island Explorer bus stop (which travels all of of Mount Desert Island). Bar Harbor, with its numerous restaurants, shops, and many activities is 5 miles away.
Stone's Throw, built in 1900, is a charming cottage in the quiet village of Seal Harbor. Wander along the carriage roads of Acadia National Park or head for a sandy beach- both are only a short walk away! Our home is perfect for couples or families and has a fenced in backyard. Games, DVD's and books, a pack and play and stroller are available. We are also stocked with beach towels and sand toys. To help protect the environment and our family we only use natural cleaning products.
