Our historic lakeside inn/bed & breakfast has 18 individually decorated guest rooms waiting for you - at a unique setting on Kezar Lake, one of New Hampshire's most beautiful lakes. We're located in the quiet village of North Sutton (just south of New London in the Sunapee/Dartmouth region of New Hampshire and mere minutes from Mount Sunapee, a winter delight that boasts the finest snow in New Hampshire and a summer adventure land with zip lines and other exciting activities). For generations, Follansbee Inn on Kezar Lake has beckoned adults and older children who long for an active, natural and environmentally friendly vacation. Our guests come from near and far to enjoy outdoor activities and year-round fun. There are adventures and activities for each and every season, so please enjoy unlimited free use of our kayaks, canoes, rowboat, sailboat, bicycles and snowshoes. Our guests enjoy a delicious and hearty breakfast, influenced by the Innkeepers' Louisiana heritage. Entrees range from down home cookin' (baked cheese grits, praline bacon, pecan buttermilk waffles, stuffed French toast) to succulent masterpieces ( John Besh's Angel Biscuits, Asparagus, Smoked Salmon, and Gruyere Cheese Omelets, Eggs Beatrice, etc.). Guests can choose to dine alone at one of our two-top tables, or dine with a group of four to eight at one of our larger dining tables. We are offering two suites through Airbnb; one suite (the Family Suite) has a queen in one room and two twins in a connected room, with a bathroom that has a claw foot tub/shower. The second suite (Jennifer) has a queen bed in the main area and a twin bed in the expanded suite area. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Both suites are air conditioned.

One queen, one double bed. Private bath with AC, satellite TV and wireless internet. Two night weekend minimum Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. Enjoy a continental breakfast of home-baked goods and fruit on our sunporch or patio. Great location, walking distance to town where you can enjoy all Wolfeboro has to offer. Small kitchen w/micro coffee maker & fridge. NO STOVE only a single NuWave burner. Come & go as you please. This apartment is the lower level of our entire home. Very private and separate space. Enjoy 25 Acres of wooded land. Only 2 miles to town. Age 21 or older to book. We do not take children under 12 No parties NoPets No smoking.

Our old home in the shadow of Cannon and Kinsman Mountains is, as one guest said, “as comfortable as your old slippers.” We await your arrival. Come in the winter for skiing, snowshoeing or hiking. Summer finds guests exploring the area by foot, bicycle, or car and sitting on the front porch as the sun sets. Spacious rustic 1 bedroom suite located on the second floor. 1 bathroom/laundry room, 1 living room, and 1 kitchenette. Sunday morning all inclusive breakfast. Right next-door to us is the Franklin Falls Dam. Bring your mountain bikes, hiking boots and or fishing poles. Remember, you need a license in New Hampshire to fish. A large deck and comfy deck furniture, fire pit / gas grill! Come enjoy a relaxing time with a host that can’t wait to meet you

A beautifully remodeled historic home seconds from downtown Norwich Vermont, and a five minute drive from Dartmouth College and Hanover, New Hampshire. We are good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. We have a proper dining room and 2 beautiful sitting rooms. I HAVE TWO BEDROOMS. The first room (queen bed) is $110/night (NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES) through Airbnb and the second room (full bed, which can be requested once you book the first room and with family or friends only) is $75/night which must be booked directly through me. Corncrib Tiny House Glamping Cabin

Queen-sized bed in historic corncrib cabin in the heart of Vermont with gorgeous views of fields and forest. We also have several other rooms available. The tiny house comes with a queen sized bed in the loft. It has a private full bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower, tiny living room, dining area and full kitchen.
