Kikili Paddy is a beautiful ground floor apartment (2 storey building), in the quiet village of Mihiripenna, on Sri Lanka's South Coast. It sits beside a picturesque paddy field, in a peaceful spot, only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and a tuk tuk ride from the attractions of Galle Fort, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. This cozy, one-bedroom, self-contained, air-conditioned apartment, opens onto a private terrace overlooking the verdant paddy fields; (and also has occasional use of a pool).

Beautiful apartment directly on the beach. We are happy to welcome guests to stay at our beautiful architectural house. Located in the quiet end of the beach only 5 minutes walking distance (on the beach) to the vibrant Hikkaduwa surfing beach. You'll have private access to the garden, kitchen and various dining areas. The house is managed by our lovely staff Jenith and Dilani whom will be happy to help with any requests as well as preparing meals upon request - they are wonderful chefs.

The beaches of Mihiripenna/ Dalawella/ Thalpe/ Unawatuna are just a few minutes away and can be easily reached by foot or even faster by scooter/ tuk tuk. Galle Fort is just 15 minutes away by scooter.

Sit in the hanging chair, enjoy birdsong and swaying palm trees in the wind. When the swell is big, you can even hear waves crashing in the distance. Surf spots, restaurants, bars and shops are located within walking distance.

This cozy and peaceful apartment is perfect for single travellers or couples who like to have their privacy and enjoy their daily routine undisturbed. The apartment is fully equipped with outside kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself and create your home away from home. It's no more than 3 minutes walk to the main Madiha Surf point which has one of the best waves on the Southern coast for intermediate to advanced surfers.
