This listing is blocked until ABNB renounces the Musk DOGE coup. Find us elsewhere until then. This 1820's farmhouse is home to us, our grandson, and his parents. This is bright, medium size room has a shared bath across the hall. We offer a light breakfast before you set out for the waterfalls, lakes, a wine, cider, or cheese tour. Ithaca and Watkins Glen are 25-30 minutes away; Corning, Geneva, Seneca Falls less than an hour. (N.B. YOU WILL NEED AN SUV OR TRUCK TO NAVIGATE IN THE SNOW)

The Maxfield Inn is a newly restored 1841 historic mansion in the village of Naples New York. Its vintage ambiance on the inside, plus the beautiful picturesque mountains, trees and English gardens make it really spacial. Grand White pillars adorn the facade where guest can mingle on the front porch. Inside, the decor is adorned with area rugs, hardwood floors and vintage furnishings. A round sun porch is the perfect spot for breakfast. The bedroom is very small as it was a servants room.

Keuka outlet trail is a few blocks away- use our bikes to explore gorgeous waterfalls and trails. Your spacious private suite has a separate entrance and porch all to yourself with mini frig,microwave and Keurig. along with an en suite bathroom. The Copper Barn next door has additional lodging.

Blue Room in an Old Brick Estate

93 year old brick house near downtown Seneca Falls with one private bedroom and bath that accommodates 2 people. The off street parking area is great for oversized vehicles, campers and trailers. The bedroom has a Full sized bed with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom is down the hall (about five steps- it is not en suite). Breakfast includes granola, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, and toast along with coffee and juice. The downtown area is ten minutes away by foot.
