Fantastic Italian restaurant over the road, closed on Sun, Mon, but there are local food delivery services and Tesco nearby with a pharmacy within 2 miles. You can check yourself in with a door code

Welcome to our beautiful grade 2 listed Georgian home. This is the birth place of the artist Sir William Nicholson. We are happy to show visitors around our lovely historic house. Your room is a comfortable double with private facilities, you can use the lounge and garden. We have off street parking with room for your car or larger vehicles if you are staying for business. We are very popular with the visiting Antique Traders to the Newark Fairs and shops. There is plenty to explore locally.

The Stables, Rural B+B, Nr A1/ShowGround

The Stables is a self contained en-suite bedroom above the tack room in our stable block in the grounds of our Grade 2 listed barn conversion. There is a TV, WiFi, small table and chairs so breakfast of cereal, croissants and coffee/ tea can be enjoyed in the room or weather permitting in our courtyard. Quaint and quirky in a quiet rural spot on the edge of an ancient monument, only 5 minutes from the A1 and Newark Showground, between Newark and Lincoln. Dogs by request extra £10/dog.

Bridleways is situated in a private, quiet, semi-rural setting, off the B6030 between Mansfield and Ollerton, just on the edge of the village of Clipstone and close to Sherwood Pines and Sherwood Forest in beautiful Nottinghamshire. Bed & breakfast accommodation is provided in the main building which fronts the extensive private grounds. Self-catering is available in the 3 acres behind the Guest House in either the Ploughman's Cottage or our stunning holiday homes.

Friar tuck cosy single room in Robin Hood country

A basic, budget option of a single room in my lovely modern home, with use of the newly refurbished family bathroom. I live within 15-20 mins drive from Mansfield and Worksop. Chesterfield, Sheffield and Nottingham can all be reached in less than an hour. Sherwood Forest and Sherwood pines mountain bike trail are less than 10 mins drive, with lots of nice walks in the vicinity. Easy on street parking and a relaxed homely feel.
