This studio is located in Welches, OR. It is the perfect location to access recreational activities in the Mt Hood area - only 18 minutes from Skibowl and 30 minutes from Timberline or Meadows. The studio is located on the second floor inside the main house and shares a common entry. Where comfort meets adventure. We are located blocks away from the local grocery, liquor store, restaurants and shopping. Three Nines Golf Course is around the corner. Arrah Wanna Trailhead is close and provides hiking and snowshoe trails that take guests into the Mt. Hood National Forest. When winter comes around, guests will have their pick of slopes at Mt. Hood Skibowl (just over 12 miles east), Timberline Lodge (20 miles east), and Mt. Hood Meadows (25 miles east).

The Bear's Den, studio with kitchen and pond/creek

Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.

Enjoy a rejuvenating stay for your trip to Mt. Hood in our peaceful, pet-friendly riverfront cabin. Located on the Salmon River, this Cabin is full of 60's charm and equipped with modern conveniences like a hot tub, high speed Wifi and washer/dryer to make your stay comfortable. Make s'mores by the river or cozy up with a good book by the indoor fireplace. Several bars & restaurants are within a 5 minute drive and it's only 20 minutes to SkiBowl.

Our cozy, pet-friendly cabin has been remodeled top to bottom. It has an open floor plan and will sleep 2 comfortably in the loft with fold outs below suitable for 2 singles. Sandy Ridge Trail is right around the corner, Wildwood Park is across the way, and Mt Hood is a short 15 minute drive. Close to some great Eats and Drinks. We recently added a clawfoot tub with on demand hot water for a lovely soak outdoors!
