Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Στο πιο ομορφο σημειο της Κασσανδρας,πρωτο στη θαλασσα προστατευμενο απο την πολυκοσμια του μαζικου τουρισμου ενα μικρο,οικογενειακο συγκροτημα εξι κατοικιων, στο μεγαλυτερο κτημα της περιοχης,προσφερει ιδιωτικοτητα και απλετο χωρο για παιχνιδι .Μπροστα σας μονο η απεραντη θαλασσα! η θεα ηρεμει και ξεκουραζει!!δεν ειναι τυχαιο που οταν φιλοξενουμε τους φιλους μας δυσκολα τους σηκωνουμε τα βραδυα απο τη βεραντα..μας λενε οτι βρισκονται στον παραδεισο!-)ειναι η σειρα σας να ζησετε την εμπειρια!!

A newly built home, made with care, beautifull with all the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Kitchen fully equipted. TV, A/C. Both bedroons have anatomic hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows. A large bathroom with hairdryer and washing machine. Large private terrace with ceilling fan and sun loungers in the yard.Outdoor shower. Only few steps by the sea.Nearby there are taverns, SM, shops, cafes and bars.Thessaloniki airport is about 35km away and only 13km is the Petralona Halidiki Cave

Traditional villa 5 meters from the best beach all over Chalkidiki which is characterized by esmerald crystal waters!!! Breathtaking view from the balcony. Kalogria is a sandy beach, located 7km from the pisturesque village of Nikiti, on the way to Neos Marmaras.
