Veilig, het heeft een alarm+kluis, wasfaciliteiten zijn beschikbaar (nieuwe wasmachine en droger) en het heeft een eigen parkeerplaats. Het huis is te bereiken via gemakkelijke wegen om te rijden, dicht bij Uvita en op loopafstand van het strand.
