Upstairs by the sea è un balcone affacciato sul mare. Un posto a sedere privilegiato che sia apre sulla scena dell'area marina protetta di Porto Cesareo, precisamente a Torre Squillace . Da qui lo spettacolo della natura e dei suoi colori è assicurato a ogni ora del giorno e della sera. La casa si compone di due stanze da letto più servizi al piano terra e di un' ampia cucina e zona giorno con servizi al piano superiore . Dieci passi vi separano dall'acqua del mare.

° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. The villa comprises of large living area with kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom. Outside there is the pool with Jacuzzi, 2 hot water showers, large sunbathing area, sitting area, dining table. Complete the outside three uncovered parking spaces and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. A midweek cleaning (Wednesday) is included in the cost with towels change.
