E' un tranquillo ed elegante appartamento, situato nel centro storico di Maiori, in Costiera Amalfitana. Si trova in un palazzo antico, completamente rinnovato. E' vicino ai luoghi di maggior attrazione turistica della Campania. Con l'autobus o il traghetto puoi facilmente raggiungere tutte le località della Costa: Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, ma anche le Isole di Capri ed Ischia. Maiori è un posto romantico per le coppie e grazie alle sue ampie spiagge è anche un luogo adatto per famiglie.

A 1 KM dal centro di S Maria con punta Licosa facilmente raggiungibile , posto auto in parcheggio non custodito é situato appartamento in villa al primo piano ( senza ascensore )finemente ristrutturato immerso nella macchia mediterranea. La spiaggia si raggiunge con una discesa di 250m. L'appartamento dispone di asciugacapelli, lavatrice, wi fi ,cucina completa di tutto, bollitore , condizionamento caldo / freddo, doccia extra large e biancheria Vista strepitosa, acceso al solarium .

Casa in spiaggia a Maratea

pied-à-terre per una vacanza tra sole e mare, di fronte alla spiaggia! Un piccolo appartamento di 35 mq e con terrazzo al piano superiore per rilassarsi e godere del sole e del mare italiano. Camera con letto matrimoniale, tv, armadio. Soggiorno con un divanoletto singolo e angolo cottura. Bagno completo e dulcis in fundo… bellissima terrazza panoramica con patio. Ci vuole 1 minuto per essere in spiaggia. Basta scendere le scale per tre piani e traversare la strada del lungomare.

Luminoso, romantico e confortevole appartamento a Maiori con parcheggio privato e servizio portineria. A pochi metri c’è la spiaggia di Maiori e nelle vicinanze le stupende cale minori come la spiaggia di CLAUCO, Cala Bellavia e la GROTTA PANDORA, uno scenario selvaggio e incontaminato. Il porto turistico dista solo 1 chilometro e da lì potrete facilmente raggiungere Capri, Ischia, Positano e altre attrazioni turistiche lasciando l'auto a casa. Un vantaggio non indifferente!
