Only 10 minutes drive from town, our house sits high up on a hill over looking Whakaipo Bay, Lake Taupo's western bays and the surrounding farmland. A reserve and playground are across the road with a tennis court and basketball hoop 2 minutes walk away. The Motuoapa Marina and Liquorice cafe are nearby. Excellent access to Lake Taupo, Tongariro crossing, Whakapapa skifield, Tongariro River track and bike tracks, the western bays, thermal pools and Lake Rotopounamu.
