There are no cameras anywhere in the house or on the property. We are 5 minutes from Carolina's Treetop Challenge. Charlotte is 1 hour away. Morrow Mountain, Lake Tillery—Badin Lake, is a twenty-minute ride. Dennis Vineyards is 8 miles away. Guests over one are an additional $15 per day per person (kids under 2 N/C a pet charge of $10 per day per animal. Pets MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE. (Airbnb cannot charge the correct "daily" pet fee.) We will ask for any difference after you book.

Family Vacation Home on 20 Acres w/ Bass Pond!

Vacation getaway on 20 acres. 1100 sqft wrap around covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is well stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. The pond includes a paddle boat and there are life jackets in the barn. Downstairs has a fridge, pool table, dart board, & other games for our guests.

Located in Badin Shores Resort. Amenities offered include seasonal swimming in the olympic sized saltwater pool, beach area, on site restaurant, fishing or strolling on 2 mile dock along water, disc golf, mini golf, horseshoe pit, volleyball, basketball, playgrounds, workout room, and more! 2 kayaks for use and boat rentals available thru various boat rental websites. There is a $50 fee, resort charges,to bring in your own boat, parking for boat in 72 hour parking lot.
