Ideal for high days and holidays, you’ll love it because the outdoor space around the cottage is huge for kids and dogs to play, the cottage is modern, new and quirky and only a 2 minute walk to the lovely beach! Great for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The cottage is close to public transport - hovercraft, bus & ferry; plenty of family-friendly activities, excellent eateries, perfect for nature lovers and long beautiful walks with amazing scenery

Quintessential South Downs Cottage

Hike up 20 minute to the South Downs Way and you are on top of the World! Sitting right at the foot of the South Downs with all its many walking trails, this cosy cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex village. Easy access to Goodwood is an added bonus for those motor or horse racing fans. An array of pubs can be found within easy reach, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by our wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

19th century cottage with sea views in Emsworth

Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

The cottage is situated on a private estate with complete solitude in 15 acres of orchards and fields. Guests are able to use our indoor swimming pool and hot tub at no charge. This is on the left of our family house 2 minutes walk from the cottage The 2 floor cottage has recently been fully renovated and you will find it to be warm, welcoming and decorated and furnished beautifully with full SKY TV, SKY Movies and Netflix available. This cottage is situated on our private country estate consisting of 7.5 acres. We live in the main house and we have two holiday lets on the estate (1) this cottage; and (2) our recently refurbished annexe! You will have sole use of the cottage and private hot-tub during your stay.
