Montezuma Heights Art House

The home is placed on one of the most impressing locations in the country. The house was co-designed, with Kata Jung (Kata made significant projects in the area). Art, antic doors / windows and nature . The ocean views from the house are one of it's kind. The starry night from at the roof terrace is spectacular. 300ft./100m above the ocean. No air condition(great breeze and ventilators) shared pool(with Geco and Buho cabin), 4X4 recommended. The place is family orientated and not a party place.

Two bedrooms with a queen sized bed and AC. Living room, 2 bathroom w/ hotwater, full kitchen, outdoor patio with hammock, high speed wifi, private gated parking, onsite caretaker, 3 min walking to the beach with the best waves for surf! We have 2 internet service providers on the property with 200 mgs of wifi each, all routers backed up with batteries for potential outages, in case you need to work during your stay. We are pet friendly and also offer laundry service for a fee.
