La casa si trova immersa nella campagna gallurese, lontana dal traffico e dal rumore, vi si accede da una strada sterrata di circa 300 metri; situata a 5 km da vaccileddi e dalle più belle spiagge della zona, (porto taverna, cala brandichi ecc). Dispone di un grande spazio esterno, con un tavolo in granito per cenare al fresco la sera, un ampio parcheggio privato. La casa è composta da una cucina abitabile, un ampio soggiorno con divano letto, una camera matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia.

La prima spiaggia dista appena 5 minuti di macchina, rendendo le tue giornate al mare comode e senza stress.

Charming peaceful cottage in the countryside

The cottage sits high on a hill with wonderful views in seven hectares of land which it shares with two other houses, out of sight of one another. It consists of two separate blocks, one double bedroom and bathroom divided from the main body of the cottage by a few steps and a semi inclosed furnished veranda which incorporates the open plan living room/kitchen and larger bedroom with bathroom. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room.

At 1.2 km from the magnificent "Cinta" beach, but with all services and shops close at hand, our small house in typical Sardinian style for a total of 6 people with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with windows, sofa- bed in the living room with fully stocked kitchenette, splendid exclusive garden with barbecue, porch and private parking space. Air-conditioned in every room, tastefully finished and equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday!
