Situado en una zona muy cómoda, céntrica y tranquila de la ciudad , en un edificio residencial habitado por Españoles y extranjeros desde los años 60 y desde donde podrás disfrutar de las bonitas vistas a la bahía. Dentro de los servicios que ofrece la zona tiene supermercados, centro comercial, club deportivo, restaurantes y transporte público o la posibilidad de ir comodamente andando a todos los puntos más importantes de la ciudad.

Beautiful and large flat with 2 terraces. The flat is 80m2 in size with stylish decor and wooden elements and paintings by well-known artists. Absolutely quiet and centrally located in a small apartment complex with only 12 units. Excellent Two Bedroom Apartment 2nd in line to the Beach. Within walking distance of all Attractions, Restaurants and Bars. Although very close to all attractions, the apartment is quiet as the block is far enough from the road. The balcony get's the sun all day long and has great views of the pool and manicured gardens.
