Tawny Cottage, luxurious and spacious rural haven

Tawny cottage has been tastefully decorated throughout with attention to detail. A feeling of luxury and tranquility. The cottage enjoys underfloor heating and fabulous rural views to be enjoyed in the warmer months from the decking outside the kitchen. Patio doors open right up to allow the outside in. 3 Oakham Farm is set on a 120 acre family run farm, in the heart of Warwickshire. Oakham Farm is home to 130 sheep, pigs, a semi friendly farm cat and some beautiful fishing ponds. FREE fishing is included in your stay, you just need to bring your own equipment. A short drive away from Stratford Upon Avon & a 30 minute country walk to the community pub in Loxley Village (or an 8 minute drive). Oakham Farm has good motorway access and is a 30 minute drive to the Cotswolds.
