Dit is een appartement met twee slaapkamers, gelegen boven de garage/breezeway en keuken, ons primaire huis waar mijn vrouw en ik wonen. Ik heb onlangs de keuken en slaapkamers gerenoveerd en volledig ingericht. De ingang is gescheiden via een buitentrap. Warmte is gas hete lucht, koeling is via het raam AC Units. Ongeveer 35 minuten naar Saratoga Springs, de Track, Performing Arts Center. 10 minuten naar Union College. Er is alleen een douchecabine.
