Deze hut van 1200 vierkante meter staat op 20 hectare grond in Ballston Lake, NY. Begin je ochtend met koffie op de veranda en luister naar de natuur en zie de paarden in de wei. Welcome to the off-the-grid getaway! This tiny house is on stilts on the edge of the Alplaus Creek. If you want to get away from screens and tech, and enjoy tending a woodstove, this might be for you. Park in the marked spot near 41 Hill St and walk down the 500 ft trail. You can read by the woodstove, fish, write, have a campfire, or watch ducks/beaver/deer from the balcony. A canoe is provided.
